My goal is to provide personal attention to each of my clients, whether the client is across the street or across the globe. I advise clients in all areas of financial counseling. By focusing on the tax as well as the non-tax issues, I can help my clients see the whole picture. I look forward to having an opportunity to help you and your family.
Throughout my career, I’ve also regularly advised other professionals and their clients on a multitude of tax and estate planning issues. I’ve presented seminars to various groups and have had articles published on a wide range of planning-related topics.
Prior to moving to Richmond in 2004, my family and I lived in suburban Chicago. I attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and the University of Illinois College of Law, graduating in 1990 with a Juris Doctor. In 1997, I earned the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation offered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I am licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the State of Vermont and as an attorney by the State of Illinois.
I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants* and the Vermont Society of CPAs*, as well as various local business associations, including the Richmond Area Business Association. In March, 2007, I was elected Town Treasurer of Richmond. To learn a bit more about me and my family, access my blog*.
